Management, Entrepreneurship Concentration (BSBA)

Center for Entrepreneurship

A Major in Management with a Concentration in Entrepreneurship provides the skills necessary for business students to think creatively, to successfully launch their own businesses, and/or support an employer in launching and growing an entrepreneurial venture. The flexible curriculum is designed to allow students to pursue their specific interests.  In addition to the College of Business core, students will take 24 hours of upper division courses related to entrepreneurship.  A Minor in Entrepreneurship is a 15 hour program of study available to any non-business student at Appalachian State.  It is designed to provide students with a foundation in business and advanced training in entrepreneurship.  Non-business students can combine their passions for art, music, technology, computer science or virtually any major at ASU with an entrepreneurship minor to allow them to pursue entrepreneurial careers.
